These are the foods that you will need to be successful on this journey for 14 days and I hope for the rest of your life!
Tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, green beans, broccoli, okra, spinach, onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery, peppers, cauliflower, yellow squash, zucchini
Lean sources of meat: beef, chicken, turkey, salmon, fish
Eggs, raw almonds, black beans, hummus, cottage cheese, quinoa, avocado
All types of fresh fruit: apples, bananas, cherries, berries
Rye bread, green tea
Fish oil supplement( you can get this at old wheat barn)

You can see that there is no processed foods or foods high in sugar on this plan. There is no fried foods on this plan. These are all fresh healthy choices. When you plan your list before going shop,the key is to get the healthy foods that you enjoy bc you are eating the same meals for 14 days!

Most of you know that I love to follow Mohr Results information for fat loss along with our nutrition expert Taylor Richardson. This is one of your first gifts for 2012! We all know that the key to weight loss is: what goes in must be less than what comes out, meaning you must burn more energy(calories) than you eat and drink!
Move more, and eat less!
It is crucial to look at the quality of everything you consume, not just quantity.
Your first tip today on advanced fat loss is food selection. You will divide your plate into three sections. This will consist of a healthy protein,whole grain carbs(think fiber,not carbs) and some healthy fats. Example fish, sweet potato, fruits and vegetables of different colors.
This is your formula to figure your calorie amount for each day for fat loss: multiply your weight times 11.

It is time ladies! Decide now what youbwant to accomplish for 2012. You must have a plan so write it down and stay focused! Remember that nothing is impossible as long as you keep your minds focused on the prize and stay in the game!
Sometimes I want to throw in the towel but I just keep on taking one step at a time. Success is hard work, just keep reminding yourself that nothing comes easy. If your goal this year is to finally lose weight then write the plan out.
It starts with healthy food choices. Exercising at least 4 days a week. Look for results weekly. The scale is only one indicator. The way your clothes fit is the #1 indicator! I am guaranteeing you results if you have a plan and stick to it. I am looking forward to seeing lives changed in 2012!
